German Consul General Inaugurates SKY Air Compressors Open House in Karachi
Karachi, Feb 11 — The SKY Air Compressors Open House & Industry Networking Event was inaugurated on Tuesday by Thomas E. Schultze, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany, at the Korangi facility of Rastgar & Company (Pvt.) Ltd.
The inauguration included a tree plantation by the Consul General, symbolising a shared commitment to environmental responsibility, energy efficiency, and reduced carbon emissions through modern industrial technologies.
The event, organised in collaboration with the German Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GPCCI), brought together representatives of multinational companies, local industry associations, and technical professionals. It featured specialised technical sessions led by international experts who travelled from abroad, focusing on energy-efficient compressed air systems and portable air compressor applications.
Industry participants noted the growing importance of efficient industrial solutions in enhancing competitiveness and supporting sustainable manufacturing growth.
